MADISON ELITE & BADGER REGION ITEMS NEEDED FOR TRYOUTS:

1. Badger Region Membership: (Required)
   • Current club players from the 2024-2025 season have a valid membership until 8-31-25
   • 2024-2025 Club Players - Badger Region USA Volleyball Membership page with registration and membership options. Every athlete trying out for club volleyball must have either a $10 tryout membership (preferred) or a $55 full membership with Badger Region. 2025-26 Badger membership are available 9-1-25
2. USAV Membership Card: (Required at Check In) 
   • Madison Elite players will not need to show or prove their membership
   • After you purchase your Badger Region Membership tryout fee, print out the membership card or use your cell phone for proof of membership. This is needed at tryouts to verify current membership status with Badger Region.
3. Medical Release Form: (Required)
   • Madison Elite players will not need this, with their current membership, this form is already on file
   • USAV Player Medical Release form. Bring to tryouts, filled out, dated and signed by both the player and the parent. 

Players: Recommended items to bring to tryouts;

• Backpack to hold all your personal items 
• Court shoes, knee pads, water bottle
• At tryouts, a white numbered tryout t-shirt will be provided for players to wear and to keep after tryouts

Payment: Online

• Early registration (discounted registration fee - $50) with Madison Elite, choose a tryout session option. Please Note: Tryout fees are non-refundable.
• Late registration available after midnight Thursday  (registration fee is $60)

• Boys & Girls tryouts will be Saturday & Sunday July 19th & 20th, 2025 at Keva in Middleton
• Early online registration ends at midnight Thursday July 17th tryout fee is $50
• Late registration available after July 17th, tryout fee is $60 ($10 service fee will be applied after July 17th)
